Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used disposable vapes
- Opened PAX Era Pods
- Any product that has been tampered with
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactvapecraft@proton.me with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at contactvapecraft@proton.me or calling 0468 245 065. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
